Circular saw blades for wood cutting
We produce circular saw blades for wood from ø80 mm to ø2000 mm and are supplied set and sharpened.
Saw bodies for the production of saw blades
Saw blade bodies are semi-finished products intended for the final production of circular saw blades for wood, stone, building materials, metal and others. The bodies of the saw blades produced by us are designed to be tipped diamond segments, HSS segments or TCT, PCD tips.
Gang saw blades
Our gang saw blades are intended for the primary processing of wood and are made of 75Cr1 (DIN 1.2003) and 74NiCr2 (DIN 1.2703) materials.
The maximum dimensions of the saw blade are 2100 mm length and 180 mm width. All machine saw blades are delivered straightened and tensioned.
Wide band saw blades (width 80mm - 260mm)
Band saw baldes for primary wood processing are made of 80NiCr11, C75, Böhler Strip and other materials. We supply welded belts with stellited teeth or only with teeth. Equalization of the weld and rolling of the belt is a matter of course.
